Crumbled Egg

Chinese Style Crumbled Egg

Here’s a simple cuisine that can found in most family….

Ingredients:
Egg 3 pcs
Spiced Cabbage
Green Onion
Salt to taste
MSG to taste
Oil

Method
Beat eggs in a bowl and mixed with salt and msg to taste, and also spiced cabbage , green onion and mixed well. Heat oil in not pan , fry the egg mixture into fragrant and golden color. Ready to serve.

Mixed Veg With Celery

Here’s a simple cuisine that my family like it….

Ingredients:
Pork 100gm
Carrot cut small
Cauliflower cut small
Celery cut small
Garlic and onion cut small
Corn Flour
Soy sauce
Salt to taste
MSG to taste
Water
Oil

Method
Slice pork into small pieces, marinate with soy sauce, sugar and corn flour for about 10 minutes.Heat up oil in pan, fry garlic and onion into fragrant, pour the marinated pork into it and stir fry ,add carrot, celery and cauliflower and stir fry. Pour 1/3 cup of water and boil. Sprinkle salts and msg to taste. mix a teaspoon of corn flour with some water and stir, then pour into the pan and cook to form thick sauce.Ready to serve.

Here is a simple pork soup.Try it…

Ingredient
Pork 300 gm
Red dates 15 pcs
Salted turnip 1 nos
Water 5 cups

Method
Cut the pork into small pieces ,put it into a steam plate, add red dates and salted turnip , pour water into it. Steam it for 25 minutes. The salted turnip provide the salty taste into the soup.Serve while hot.

Ingredients
Hakka flour noodle
Pork 300 gm
Dried prawn
Big green bean sprouts
Garlic cut small
Salt to taste
MSG to taste
Water
Oil

Method

Heat up oil in hot pan, fry garlic and dried shrimp into fragrant, pour 1/2 cup of water, and add in Hakka flour noodle. Stir and cook until the noodle become tender. Add in pork, salt and msg to taste,add in big green bean sprout and stir cook it .Serve while hot.

Ingredients
Roasted duck 1/2
Few slices of garlic & onion
Salted plum 2 pcs
Sugar to taste
Corn starch

Method
Stir fried the garlic and onion into fragrant,add in salted sour plum,add roasted duck meat and stir fried.Pour a cup of water and sugar to taste.Pour 1/2 cup of water which already stir mixed with corn starch to form think sauce, cook for another minutes and ready to serve.

Ingredients:
Pork 300gm

Spring onion a few pcs
Ginger few slices
Garlic 1 nos,
Xiao Xin wine 1 teaspoon
Corn flour
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Water
Oil

Method:
Cut pork into small pieces,marinate it with corn flour,sugar and salt for 5 minutes. Chop garlic into small pieces, heat up oil in hot pan, fry garlic and ginger into fragrant. Add in pork to stir fry for a while,add Xiao Xin wine, sugar, salt, spring onion and water into the pan, boil it for 3-5 minutes.

Green chilly 1 pcs cut small
Cauliflower cut small
Carrot cut slices

Method
Heat oil pan, fried garlic into fragrant, add in green beans , carrots, cauliflower, and green chilly and stir fry, pour in a 1/2 cup of water and cook for a short while, and add in the abalone to stir fry it. Add some msg and salt to taste.Serve while hot.
